Italian-born Leonetto Cappiello was a graphic designer who left for Paris in 1898 to try his luck at the burgeoning advertising market. Often referred to as the father of the modern poster, he became 1 of the most recognized names in the trade. This replica of his 1920 vintage poster for the sparkling wine, Asti Cinzano, showcases his bold, modern style.
